Anyway, we must say that none of these workouts is unique. Many exercises have analogues in Pilates, Callanetics and even aerobics - the only trick is to combine them in a right way. Another great way to fit into skinny jeans is BodyFlex workout - along with such good methods as massage, dancing and healthy food. It's way easier to prevent exceeding fat in this area, but if you already feel yourself uncomfortable - it's never too late to start, and earlier the better.
